Step into the world of a full inbox, phones ringing non-stop, and tackling improvement points in our processes - all while cracking jokes with your colleagues. Together with our team, you'll be the go-to person for installers who have questions about their orders via our webshop. You'll answer them by phone and email.
"Can I still change the delivery address of my order?" "When will panel X be back in stock?" "I received a damaged item. How do we solve this?" Guess what? You've got all the answers up your sleeve! 🎩💡
You'll also ensure proper administrative handling and document all contact moments. Thanks to you, customers feel heard and remain satisfied!
