Become our Senior Buyer and oversee your own group of suppliers, following our strategy closely. Your job? Get the best deals, keep the right amount of stock, and build strong relationships with suppliers. Stay up-to-date on market trends and help guide our company as we grow into new European markets. Your job in a nutshell

• Build, nurture and uphold relationship with European and Asian suppliers. You also manage and improve contracts with suppliers. In our search for adding news brands or products to our portfolio, you explore opportunities to work with new suppliers.
• Negotiate optimal terms such as prices, delivery teams and promotions, with a monthly check on solar panel prices.
  
• You strategically plan product procurement based on projected demand to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  
• Provide market insights on suppliers, product availability and pricing.
• Identify areas for improvement in purchasing processes and implement changes under the guidance of Xinting, the Purchase Manager and in close collaboration with Product Management, Operations and the Sales teams.

What do you bring?

• At least 3 years of experience with international direct buying;
• Experience in managing an international/ Asian supply base;
• A commercial driven mindset;
• Knowledge of an ERP system (AFAS or Slim Stock) is a plus;
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
